Need some inspiration for your training? Want a jump start to catapult you to your goals?

 

Weight loss, muscular tone and strength, flexibility, general health development,  improved mental health - you'll get so much from these sessions. The group are inspirational and motivational and you'll always have expert attention from the PT's to make those fitness goals happen

 

We run the following classes across the week (see the schedule for days/times)

Hybrid - Mixture of cardio, strength and endurance challenging multiple energy and training systems 

​

Build - Resistance based classes to develop muscular strength & endurance 

​

Sweat - Cardio activities designed to leave you high on endorphins

​

Functional  - Big functional lifts and shorter cardio bursts

​​

We use a variety of the latest training formats and systems and a whole host of exciting equipment inc Sleds, Rowers, Skis, Bikes, Barbells, DB's, KB's, sandbags and so much more

 

Flexible membership options available for 1/2 or unlimited sessions per week
